Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
Flight Attendants play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient flight operations while providing exceptional customer service. They uphold company objectives and standards, contributing to customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Captain in flight planning and execution.
- Adhere to all applicable FARs, TSA, DOT regulations, company procedures, and policies.
- Perform all assigned duties promptly and accurately.
- Conduct preflight inspections of cabin emergency equipment.
- Report any mechanical discrepancies to the Captain.
- Advocate for passenger safety by communicating any concerns to the Captain.
- Maintain a high level of crew coordination and professionalism.
- Provide professional, efficient, and courteous service at all times.
- Complete required records and reports.
- Adhere to the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College education or 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Minimum age of 20 years
- Ability to relocate/commute to assigned domicile
- Maximum height of 6.0 ft and minimum height of 5 ft. 2 in. with shoes
- Valid US or Foreign Passport with applicable VISAs
- Authorization to work in the US (if hired)
Additional Information:
- Delegation: In the absence of the Flight Attendant, responsibilities are delegated to the Manager of Inflight Operations.
- Authorities: None
- Supervisory Responsibility: This is not a supervisory position.
- Work Environment: This job operates in an airplane, with occasional use of standard office equipment.
- Physical Demands: The role requires standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 lbs, handling objects, and reaching.
- Security Clearance: All employees are required to pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a pre-employment drug screen.
