We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our Aviation department as a Captain, based in Houston, Texas. In this role, the Captain will serve as either Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC), ensuring all flight operations meet the highest standards of safety, passenger convenience, and cost-efficiency. The Captain holds ultimate authority over aircraft operations when acting as PIC and works collaboratively with the Co-captain to maintain rigorous adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Essential Job Duties

Promote safety culture and deliver exceptional customer service.

Ensure compliance with all Federal Aviation Regulations, Aircraft Flight Manual requirements, Certificate of Airworthiness standards, and Company procedures.

Maintain discretion regarding sensitive and confidential company information.

Uphold a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Manage flight planning, including itinerary coordination, meteorological analysis, fuel calculations, flight plan filing, and weight and balance data.

Coordinate catering, maintenance status, security requirements, and aircraft servicing.

Ensure all onboard equipment, documentation, and databases remain current.

Perform comprehensive interior and exterior preflight inspections.

Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight briefings with assigned crew members.

Maintain expert knowledge of assigned aircraft systems, performance, regulations, and navigation.

Manage currency of pilot certificates, medical certifications, and recurrent training.

Participate in department projects, performance management systems, and the Safety Management System.

Work effectively within a team environment to promote inclusion and uphold company core values.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Houston, Texas.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation flight operations.

Valid Airline Transport Pilot Rating (ATP) with an EMB170 specific type rating.

Valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate (must be submitted prior to onboarding).

English proficiency.

Restricted FCC Radio Telephone Operators Permit.

Valid automobile driver’s license.

Valid passport with no restrictions.

Minimum of 3,000 total flight hours.

Minimum of 500 hours as Pilot in Command.

Minimum of 500 hours as Pilot in Command of multiengine aircraft.
Desired Qualifications

Experience with FAA 14CFR Part 125 operations.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate aviation.
