Cabin Crew Member - Palma, Spain

Norwegian is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as permanent Cabin Crew members based in Palma, Spain. Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive training program scheduled between November and February. As a member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety and delivering exceptional service, acting as a supportive presence in a dynamic, fast-paced aviation environment.

Position Responsibilities

Cabin Crew members are responsible for creating a safe, memorable experience for all passengers. This role requires the ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically in diverse situations, and provide professional service while performing various duties, including safety and security operations. The position involves a demanding schedule, including shift work, early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for the Cabin Crew position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 20 years.
  • Height of at least 160 cm, or the ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Hold a European unrestricted passport with visa-free travel to all destinations.
  • Possess a valid work permit for Spain.
  • Clean criminal record and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
  • Hold a valid medical certificate or the capacity to obtain one.
  • Reside within 90 minutes of the Palma base or be willing to relocate.
  • No tattoos on the face or neck; tattoos on hands or behind ears must not exceed 1.5 cm.
  • Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
  • Preferably hold an upper secondary school education (academic or practical); relevant service industry experience may be considered as a substitute.

Onboarding and Certification

If selected, candidates are required to successfully complete the following prior to employment:

  • Formal training course conducted by Norwegian.
  • Background check for airport admission.
  • Medical certification, including intoxication and alcohol testing.
