The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our cabin crew family. As Europe’s largest airline group, we operate over 3,600 daily flights across more than 90 operational bases. We invite customer-oriented professionals to apply for our upcoming recruitment phase, starting in the Autumn/Winter period.

Role Overview

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training program to acquire the essential safety and service skills required for the role. This position demands a high level of dedication, as cabin crew members are responsible for maintaining our number one priority: safety. The role involves working a fixed shift roster, including early starts from 5:00 AM and late shifts concluding at midnight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to guests.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers on board.
  • Participate in ongoing training and periodic examinations.
  • Complete Supernumerary flights as part of the qualification process.

Requirements

  • Hold an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to adapt to a demanding shift roster.
  • A professional "can-do" attitude with a passion for travel and customer interaction.
