Cabin Crew Member - Malaga

Contract Type: Permanent Seasonal

Norwegian is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew members based in Malaga, Spain. Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive training course scheduled between November and February. As a member of our crew, you will perform diverse roles to ensure passenger safety and satisfaction while maintaining the high standards of our international operation.

Key Responsibilities

Cabin Crew members must be prepared for a demanding environment, including long days, shift work, weekends, and public holidays. You will be responsible for creating a safe and memorable experience for passengers, remaining calm under pressure, and handling various situations effectively while working as part of a close-knit team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be over 20 years of age.
  • Must be above 160 cm in height or capable of reaching 210 cm on tiptoes.
  • Must be able to swim.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Possess a European unrestricted passport with visa-free entry to destinations.
  • Must hold a valid work permit for Spain.
  • Clean criminal record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-hiring drug and alcohol test.
  • Hold a valid medical certificate or be able to obtain one.
  • Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
  • Must reside within 90 minutes of the base or be willing to relocate.
  • Education: Preferably completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track). Relevant service industry experience may compensate for education.
  • Appearance standards: No tattoos on face or neck; tattoos on hands or behind ears must not exceed 1.5 cm.

Additional Requirements

If selected, candidates must obtain an approved medical certificate (including intoxication/alcohol testing), pass a background check for an admission card, and successfully complete the mandatory training course.

Work Environment

This role involves a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays. The position requires more than 150 days of travel annually.
