Cabin Crew Member - Malaga

Norwegian is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our cabin crew team based in Malaga, Spain. We invite both new and experienced professionals to apply for our upcoming training courses, with recruitment cycles currently targeting winter 2026/2027.

Role Overview

As a Cabin Crew Member, you will serve as a vital ambassador for our airline. This role requires versatility, a caring approach, and the ability to maintain safety and service standards in a fast-paced aviation environment. Successful candidates must be prepared for a demanding schedule that includes rotating 24/7 shifts, covering early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves maintaining cabin safety, delivering outstanding passenger service, and handling diverse situations with professionalism and composure. Candidates must be prepared for frequent travel, exceeding 150 days per year.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be over 20 years of age.
  • Must be above 160 cm in height or capable of reaching 210 cm on tiptoes.
  • Must be able to swim.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Must hold a European unrestricted passport with visa-free entry to our destinations.
  • Must possess a valid work permit for Spain.
  • Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
  • Preferably completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track); relevant service industry experience may compensate for this.
  • Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
  • Clean criminal record.
  • No tattoos on the face or neck; tattoos on hands or behind the ears must not exceed 1.5 cm.
  • Must live within 90 minutes of the Malaga base or be willing to relocate.
  • Ability to obtain a valid medical certificate and a background check for an airport admission card.
