Norwegian is seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join the team as Cabin Crew Members based in Palma, Spain. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic international team, with training courses scheduled between November and February.
Role Overview
As a member of the Norwegian cabin crew, candidates will perform a variety of essential duties, including safety, security, and service responsibilities. The role requires a high degree of professionalism, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to delivering a memorable experience for passengers. This position involves shift work, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Candidate Requirements

Must be at least 20 years of age.

Minimum height of 160 cm, or the ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.

Ability to swim.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Hold a European unrestricted passport with visa-free entry to destinations.

Possess a valid work permit for the country of application.

Clean criminal record.

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.

No tattoos on the face or neck; tattoos on hands or behind ears must not exceed 1.5 cm.

Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).

Preferably completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track); equivalent education or relevant service experience may be considered.

Must live within 90 minutes of the base or be willing to relocate.
Professional Expectations

Must be prepared for a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including peak periods.

Commitment to long days and travel exceeding 150 days per year.

Ability to obtain an approved medical certificate and a successful background check for an airport admission card.

Successful completion of the company training course.
