Job Overview
Norwegian is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew members based in Palma, Spain. This role offers the opportunity to be part of an international team, ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers. Selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive training course scheduled between November and February, with recruitment for courses starting in the winter of 2026/2027.

As a Cabin Crew member, you will ensure a safe and memorable experience for all passengers. The role requires versatility, a caring attitude, and the ability to manage various situations calmly and professionally. Candidates must be prepared for a demanding schedule, including shift work, long days, weekends, and public holidays.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum age: 20 years old.

Height requirement: Above 160 cm or the ability to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.

Swimming proficiency.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Hold a European unrestricted passport with visa-free entry to all destinations.

Possess a valid work permit for Spain.

Clean criminal record.

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.

Possession of a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) is preferred.

Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one.

Education: Completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track); relevant service industry experience may compensate for this requirement.

Residency: Must live within 90 minutes of the base or be willing to relocate.

Appearance: No tattoos on the face or neck; tattoos on hands or behind ears must not exceed 1.5 cm.

Important Information
The recruitment process for winter 2026/2027 courses will be handled on a rolling basis, and the process may take several months. Selected candidates will be required to obtain an approved medical certificate (including alcohol/drug testing) and an approved background check to receive an airport admission card. Successful completion of the company training course is mandatory.
