About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member with the Ryanair Group, individuals will be integral to delivering top-class safety and customer service across Europe's largest airline network. This dynamic role requires adaptability, including operating early shifts from 5 am and late shifts extending until midnight, with safety as the utmost priority. New Cabin Crew will undertake a comprehensive 6-week, internationally recognised training course, learning essential skills and undergoing examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the award of Cabin Crew Wings. The Ryanair Group fosters a culture of career progression, offering paths to roles such as Number 1 Cabin Crew, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and Director of Inflight.

Requirements

Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and be able to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.

Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable to work a shift roster.

An outgoing and friendly personality with the ability to provide excellent customer service and a ‘can-do’ attitude when dealing with the public.

Qualifications

No prior experience as Cabin Crew is required.
