Role Overview

Norwegian is seeking dedicated individuals to join the team as Cabin Crew members based in Alicante, Spain. The successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive training course scheduled between November and February. This role requires a professional who is prepared to manage diverse responsibilities while ensuring passenger safety and delivering exceptional service, with the goal of supporting Norwegian’s vision to be the most loved and trusted airline in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Cabin Crew members are responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all passengers. The role demands resilience and the ability to remain calm in various situations. Candidates must be prepared for a rotating schedule, which includes early mornings, late nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak travel periods.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be over 20 years of age.
  • Must be above 160 cm in height or able to reach 210 cm on tiptoes.
  • Must be able to swim.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Hold a European unrestricted passport with visa-free entry to all destinations.
  • Hold a valid work permit for Spain.
  • Possess a clean criminal record.
  • Preferably hold a Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
  • Hold or be able to obtain a valid medical certificate.
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to hiring.
  • No tattoos on the face or neck; tattoos on hands or behind ears must not exceed 1.5 cm.
  • Must live within 90 minutes of the Alicante base or be willing to relocate.
  • Education: Preferably completed upper secondary school (academic or practical track). Relevant service industry experience may be considered as an equivalent.

Selection Process

Selected candidates will be invited to an assessment day to review the terms and conditions of the role. Following a successful assessment and job offer, candidates will be assigned to a training course based on recruitment needs. Please note that the recruitment process for courses starting in the 2026/2027 winter season may take several months. Candidates will be evaluated on a rolling basis.

Travel Requirement: More than 150 days of travel.
