Job Title: Cabin Crew Member – Ryanair Group

The Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join our cabin crew family. As Europe’s largest airline group, operating over 3,600 daily flights across 90+ bases, we are recruiting the next generation of professionals to join our team for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season.

Role Overview

This position is ideal for candidates who possess a "can-do" attitude, team spirit, and a passion for travel. While no previous experience is required, candidates must be prepared for a demanding role where safety is the number one priority. The position requires flexibility to operate early and late shifts, ranging from 5:00 AM starts to midnight finishes.

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course covering fundamental safety and service skills, culminating in supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements

• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
• Height must be between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
• Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
• Adaptability to shift-based rosters.
• Demonstrable commitment to providing excellent customer service.
