Job Description: Cabin Crew
The Ryanair Group is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our cabin crew team. As Europe’s largest airline group, we operate over 3,600 daily flights across more than 90 operational bases. We are recruiting new cabin crew members to support our operations starting in the Autumn/Winter period.
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6-week training course covering safety protocols and customer service excellence. This role offers clear career progression, with opportunities to advance into supervisory and management positions within the organization.

Candidate Requirements

Possess an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height must be between 5’2" (157 cm) and 6’2" (188 cm).

Proficiency in swimming at least 25 meters unaided.

Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

A hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.

Capacity to adapt to a shift roster, including early morning and late night duty periods.

Strong commitment to safety and a "can-do" attitude toward customer service.
