Key Responsibilities
The First Officer is entrusted with the shared responsibility for the safety of all crewmembers, passengers, and cargo, reporting directly to the Captain. Upon aircraft doors closing, the First Officer diligently executes each flight with utmost safety and efficiency. Additional responsibilities, aligned with New Pacific Airlines' core values, include:
- Safety: Strict adherence to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs) and company manuals to ensure a secure and reliable flight environment.

Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses exceptional customer service skills, strong team member qualities, effective leadership competencies, and all required certifications and experience for this position. Further qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Eligibility to meet applicable Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) minimums as specified in 14 CFR Part 61.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours of total documented flight time.
- Experience as a First Officer with a minimum of 1,000 hours under FAA 121 operations is highly preferred.
- Previous experience on aircraft such as the B737, A320, or larger is highly preferred.
- A valid First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Experience with charter or supplemental operations is highly preferred.
- No record of any FAA ‘Certificate Action’ or ‘Administrative Action’ within the preceding 24 months.
- A valid passport and the ability to travel internationally into and out of the United States.
- Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position, including regularly lifting and maneuvering 20 lbs, and occasionally up to 65 lbs.
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in diverse weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug test.
- Fluent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing, and understanding).
- Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Comfort working in an airport environment, accustomed to typical aircraft operational sounds and odors.
