We require A320 pilots for the flag carrier of one of the largest airlines in Asia, The carrier operates to destinations across , the CIS, Europe and the USA.

The Airline owns more than 25 commercial aircraft, including A320, ERJ, ATR, B757, B767 and B777. And there are 6 more A320 units coming in April 2026. This is why we need you now!

Position

You will receive your payment gross in USD, which is a significant benefit. The Simulator check is much easier than any other airlines.

The contract term is One year renewable, which provides stability and a good life-work balance, providing a commuting contract of 6 weeks ON 2 weeks OFF

Requirements

The Airline is looking for experienced and current A320 Captains to replenish their fleet to cope with the busy national and international operations.

You will be considered if:

• Valid ATPL with current A320 type rating (A318 / A319 / A320 / A321)

  Valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate

  No history of alcohol or substance misuse (as confirmed by CAA)

  Successfully completed a Command Course acceptable to the SCAA

  Minimum 3,500 total flight hours

  Minimum 1,500 hours as Commander (left seat only)

  Cruise Captain time not acceptable

  PIC time as First Officer not acceptable

  Flight time on aircraft with MTOW ≥ 60 tons or equivalent, subject to assessment

  Must have flown as Commander within the last 12–18 months, with a minimum of 200 flight hours as Commander, subject to operational assessment

  No accident/incident record where the pilot was found at fault

  English proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or higher (verbal & written)

  Medical and English language proficiency certificates may be expired at the time of submission, provided they are updated prior to simulator check in case of successful outcome

  Age limit: up to 60 years

  Compensation:

  Monthly Salary: USD 9,500

  Contract Duration: 1-year contract, renewed annually for a minimum of 3 years

  Career Development Opportunities: Progression to SFI, TRI, TRE, and office positions

Terms

The Airline is offering a competitive salary of:

• Captain 9500 USD estimated range for Airbus 320 Captains depending on experience.
• Accommodation is included at a 4-star hotel.
• If a hotel is not available, an apartment will be provided.
• Ground transport provided.
• Free Flights in their network.
• Employment contract directly with the Airline.
• Commuting contract 6 weeks on 2 weeks off
• 1-year contract, renewable according to performance
• Insurance for the pilot and family members

Commuting:

22 days ON / 8 days OFF

6 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF

9 weeks ON / 3 weeks OFF

Non-Commuting:

5 days ON / 2 days OFF

Compensation & Benefits:

Housing Support: USD 600

Medical Insurance: Comprehensive health and accident insurance per company group policy

Commuting pilots: Round-trip economy-class tickets per rotation (Home/NOD ↔ Base)

Non-commuting pilots: Round-trip economy-class tickets for the employee and direct family members, provided twice per year (Base ↔ Home/NOD)

Alternative travel arrangements may be agreed upon, provided the total number of tickets is not increased

Annual Leave:

Commuting: Covered through OFF-rotation

Non-Commuting: 30 calendar days for residential expat contracts + up to 24 additional days based on annual flight hours

• Visa, residence, and work permit support is provided for the employee and direct family members, where applicable.
• All necessary documentation and processing support will be coordinated by the company.

Pre-employment:

Training compensation is calculated as 50% of the base salary and will be paid together with the first regular salary after the employment contract is signed.
