Gulfstream G500 Pilot - Stuart, Florida (SUA)
Executive Jet Management (EJM), a Berkshire Hathaway company and a subsidiary of NetJets, seeks a qualified and experienced Gulfstream G500 Pilot. This position is based in Stuart, Florida at SUA airport. The successful candidate will join a three-pilot team supporting a dedicated Maintenance Technician and Cabin Attendant, operating under Part 91 regulations to both international and domestic destinations.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safe operation of flight, encompassing crewing and trip assignments that comply with company and regulatory requirements.
- Completing flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance tasks as required for each flight assignment.
- Utilizing Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) briefing methodology to lead required briefings and mitigate operational risks.
- Adhering to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinating with company personnel. Acting as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator, as defined by company policy.
- Completing all aircraft pre-flight tasks, including maintenance status checks, to ensure the aircraft is mission-capable. Recording all aircraft discrepancies in accordance with company SOPs.
- Monitoring and accomplishing all aircraft ground servicing items (e.g., fueling, oil, oxygen) according to SOPs.
- Delivering passenger briefings in accordance with company policy and regulations. Providing the highest level of customer service and addressing any special passenger needs.
- Utilizing Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate clearly and effectively with crew and support personnel during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
- Providing quality service to owners and passengers, identifying opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience, and resolving service deviations.
- Collaborating with crew members and EJM internal partners to deliver a consistent service experience to owners and passengers, while resolving conflicts and challenges effectively.
- Maintaining regulatory and company-required training and recency of experience.
- Complying with the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program and reporting safety or non-compliance concerns through appropriate channels.
Certifications and Licenses:
- First Class Medical Certificate.
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
- FAA Type rating in applicable fleet
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in aviation.
- Prior experience in corporate/business aviation preferred.
Minimum Time Requirements:
- Total flight time: 3500 hours.
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours.
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours.
- PIC MEL: 500 hours.
- Instrument: 300 hours.
- Jet: 500 hours.
