Overview

Solairus Aviation is actively recruiting for a Full-Time Captain experienced in Gulfstream G650 and G500 aircraft operations. This role is based at the KFRG airport and requires a candidate who is a collaborative team player and committed to achieving excellence in all performance aspects. Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensures the safe and efficient operation of Gulfstream G650 and G500 aircraft.
• Conducts flights responsibly and in strict accordance with all applicable regulations and company policies, including but not limited to:
  • Thorough review of the aircraft's maintenance status prior to flight.
  • Execution of a comprehensive pre-flight inspection as per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Detailed assessment of weather conditions and airport facilities for the intended route, including alternates.
  • Adherence to Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and all relevant Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Prioritization of the safety of all passengers, the aircraft, and the flight crew.
  • Accurate and timely completion of all required trip documentation.

Qualifications

• Total Flight Time: 6,000 hours
• Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land (MEL) Time: 1,500 hours
• Multi-Engine Land PIC Time: 500 hours
• Time in Turbo Jet Aircraft: 500 hours
• Instrument Flight Time: 250 hours

Specific Qualifications and Certifications

• Type rating on a G650 and/or G500, or a comparable aircraft, is strongly preferred.
• A current First Class Medical Certificate is required.
• Availability to work on an on-call basis is necessary.
• Annual completion of ICAO International Procedures training is mandatory.
• Must reside within a two-hour driving distance of KFRG or be willing to relocate.

Solairus Aviation determines crewmember compensation based on current market conditions, drawing from multiple industry sources. Salary ranges typically fall between $50,000 and $500,000, influenced by factors such as geographic location, candidate experience, aircraft type, specific job duties, training completed, and the assigned client account.
