Executive Jet Management | G-V Captain

Executive Jet Management (EJM) is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for a Gulfstream G500 aircraft based in Broomfield, Colorado. This role involves establishing and operating a new Part 91 flight operation, focusing on safety, efficiency, and exceptional service for the aircraft owner and passengers. EJM, a NetJets subsidiary and Berkshire Hathaway company, offers aircraft management and worldwide jet charter services.

About the Role

The Pilot in Command will be instrumental in building a collaborative flight operation for a Gulfstream G500. Key responsibilities include ensuring safe and efficient aircraft operation, adhering to all regulatory and company compliance standards, and providing attentive service. The PIC will also manage flight planning, risk mitigation through briefings, and serve as the Ground and In-Flight Security Coordinator. This position emphasizes professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to enhancing the owner and passenger experience.

Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate.
• FAA type rating in the GVII or a heavy cabin Gulfstream aircraft.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Prior corporate or business aviation experience is strongly preferred.
• Minimum total flight time: 3,500 hours.
• Minimum Pilot in Command (PIC) time: 2,000 hours.
• Minimum jet time: 500 hours.
• Minimum multi-engine land (MEL) time: 1,500 hours.
• Minimum PIC MEL time: 500 hours.
• Minimum instrument time: 300 hours.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Demonstrated exceptional judgment, professionalism, and a service mindset.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• ATP Unrestricted or ATP Restricted license.
• Gulfstream GVII type rating is required.
