Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Gulfstream G500 Captain for a corporate flight operation based in Orlando/Palm Beach, Florida. The Captain will assume command responsibility for the safe and prudent operation of the G500, upholding the company's commitment to safety, service, and integrity while ensuring client travel needs are met.

About the Role

The Gulfstream G500 Captain is responsible for the safe and prudent conduct of every flight. Key duties include reviewing aircraft maintenance status, performing pre-flight inspections per the approved Aircraft Flight Manual, thoroughly checking weather and airport conditions for the planned route and alternates, and ensuring all operations adhere to Solairus Aviation policies, Federal Aviation Regulations, and passenger/crew safety protocols. Accurate completion of all trip paperwork is also required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3,000 hours total flight time.
• Minimum of 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
• Minimum of 1,500 hours in multi-engine land (MEL) aircraft.
• Minimum of 500 hours as PIC in MEL aircraft.
• Minimum of 500 hours in turbojet aircraft.
• Minimum of 250 hours of instrument time.
• Type rating on the Gulfstream G500 or a comparable aircraft.
• Possession of a first-class medical certificate.
• Availability for on-call duty.
• Annual completion of ICAO international procedures training.
• Must reside within a two-hour drive of the assigned base (KMCO or KDJT) or be willing to relocate.
