Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) - First Officer/Captain

Location: Cincinnati

Procter & Gamble is seeking an experienced and qualified Airline Transport Pilot to join our flight operations team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of P&G personnel and their guests, both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, crew resource management (CRM) skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute flight planning, ensuring all trip aspects meet regulatory requirements in collaboration with flight planning vendors and scheduling.
  • Transport company personnel and guests to designated destinations.
  • Review weather conditions and functional requirements for each flight to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Participate in future planning, training, and management initiatives.
  • Communicate professionally with passengers to ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Collaborate with fellow company pilots and maintenance personnel within a crew concept.
  • Assume command responsibility for the aircraft and crew, reporting operationally to the Chief Pilot.
  • When assigned as Second in Command (SIC) to another Captain, be operationally responsible to the designated Pilot in Command (PIC) for the trip.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate required.
  • Aircraft specific type rating(s) required.
  • Valid automobile driver’s license required.
  • Valid U.S. Passport required.
  • English proficiency required.
  • FAA Class I Medical Certificate required.
  • Minimum 2,500 hours total time for hire as a First Officer.
  • Minimum 3,500 hours total time for hire as a Captain.
  • Minimum 500 hours multi-engine, turbine for hire as a First Officer.
  • Minimum 1000 hours multi-engine turbine PIC for hire as a Captain.
  • Gulfstream G650 and/or Gulfstream G500/600/700/800 Type Rating preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to climb a 10' ladder.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds.
  • Must reside within a 2-hour drive time to Cincinnati.

Compensation

Salary Range: $198,200 - $280,200 per year

  • First Officer: $198,200
  • Captain: $259,000
  • International Captain: $280,200

Compensation is determined by various factors including location, role, credentials, skills, and experience. Total rewards include salary, potential bonus, and benefits.
