First Officer / Captain - Corporate Flight Operations

Procter & Gamble is seeking experienced aviation professionals to join our corporate flight operations team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of P&G personnel and their guests, both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities

Manage flight planning, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements in coordination with flight planning vendors and scheduling.

Transport company personnel to designated destinations.

Review weather conditions and functional requirements for each flight.

Contribute to future planning, training, and management teams.

Communicate professionally with passengers to ensure their safety and comfort.

Collaborate with fellow company pilots and maintenance personnel within a crew concept.

Demonstrate leadership by utilizing Crew Resource Management (CRM) skills to build highly functioning, mission-oriented teams.

Assume command responsibility for the aircraft and crew, reporting operationally to the Chief Pilot.

When serving as Second in Command (SIC) to another Captain, report operationally to the designated Pilot in Command (PIC) for the trip.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.

Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) required.

Aircraft specific type rating(s) required.

Valid automobile driver's license.

Valid U.S. Passport.

English Proficiency.

FAA Class I Medical Certificate required.

Minimum 2,500 hours total time for hire as a First Officer.

Minimum 3,500 hours total time for hire as a Captain.

Minimum 500 hours multi-engine turbine for hire as a First Officer.

Minimum 1000 hours multi-engine turbine PIC for hire as a Captain.

Gulfstream G650 and/or Gulfstream G500/600/700/800 Type Rating preferred.

Ability and willingness to climb a 10' ladder.

Ability to lift 40 pounds.

Must reside within a 2-hour drive time to Cincinnati.
Compensation
Starting Pay / Salary Range:
$198,200 - $280,200 per year

First Officer: $198,200
-
Captain: $259,000
-
International Captain: $280,200
Compensation is determined by a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, specific office location, role, credentials, relevant skill set, and level of experience. Total rewards include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits.
