Key Responsibilities
- The Aviation Training and Standards Manager is primarily responsible for monitoring and ensuring strict compliance with our FAA-approved company ground and flight training programs. This critical oversight extends to all crew members, check airmen instructors, and other vital operational personnel.
- Further responsibilities include the judicious approval of contract training initiatives and the meticulous oversight of all aircraft simulator utilization (where applicable), along with other advanced training devices and aids.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is highly preferred.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of 3,000 hours of total flight time.
- A significant minimum of 1,500 hours of Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time is essential.
- Applicants must hold a current type rating in at least one jet aircraft. Preference will be given to candidates with an LR-JET type rating.
