A leading aviation organization is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Chief Pilot to lead its flight operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and professional development of the pilot team, while aligning all flight department activities with the company's vision and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads and mentors a team of skilled pilots, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversees all aspects of the flight department's daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational best practices.
• Provides strategic leadership for pilot training and development programs, designed to enhance operational capabilities and support long-term business goals.
• Ensures adherence to all applicable aviation regulations and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Possesses a minimum of 8,000 hours total flight time.
• Demonstrates extensive experience with at least 3,500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC).
• Holds a valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
• Maintains a current First-Class Medical Certificate.
• Meets all eligibility requirements as stipulated in 14 CFR Part 119.69 to serve as Chief Pilot.
