Cabin Crew Operations Manager
This position is responsible for the comprehensive management and oversight of Cabin Crew Operations, ensuring seamless operational execution, superior performance, and strict adherence to all Corporate, Safety, and Regulatory Standards. The Cabin Crew Operations Manager equips crew members with the skills and knowledge required to consistently deliver exceptional in-flight service. The role fosters a culture of professionalism and excellence, while maintaining optimal operational efficiency and alignment with overarching company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholds safety, security, and regulatory compliance in accordance with Flight Operations objectives and company standards.
- Applies environmental best practices to support and advance sustainability initiatives.
- Ensures the sufficient and efficient deployment of Cabin Crew to effectively meet operational demands, including both crisis and ad-hoc requirements.
- Collaborates closely with Workforce Planning and Crew Tracking & Control (CTC) to optimize manpower allocation and maintain seamless operational continuity.
- Provides absent crew members with essential policy, regulatory, and operational updates to ensure continued readiness and compliance.
- Addresses Flight Time Limitation (FTL), Safety Emergency Procedures (SEP), and manages irregular operation requirements effectively.
- Manages crew discipline, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives, while cultivating a harmonious industrial environment.
- Engages relevant stakeholders to proactively resolve operational issues, improve overall efficiency, and ensure timely responses to feedback received through the Voyage reporting system.
- Professionally oversees the management of both complaints and compliments related to Cabin Crew performance.
- Organizes events and initiatives designed to promote crew welfare, foster harmony, and enhance overall crew engagement.
- Represents In-Flight Services in Safety Review Committee meetings and actively participates in other forums as required.
- Conducts In-Flight Service Observation flights to ensure consistent adherence to established service standards.
- Manages the operations team, promoting effective communication channels with the Cabin Crew workforce to maintain harmony and positive working relationships.
- Oversees departmental budgets, ensuring that all activities and expenses remain within the approved budgetary parameters, with optimum cost management practices to achieve departmental operational requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager Cabin Crew, In-Flight Services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field, accompanied by seven (7) years of relevant working experience within the Aviation industry; OR
- Diploma in any field of study, along with eight (8) years of relevant working experience in the Aviation industry.
Areas of Expertise:
- Comprehensive knowledge of cabin crew operations, in-flight service standards, and a thorough understanding of aviation policies and regulations.

- Proficiency in strategizing and developing comprehensive business plans and budgets.
