Key Responsibilities:
- Participate diligently in pre-flight briefings to receive assignments, review critical safety protocols, and gather comprehensive flight-specific information.
- Execute thorough pre-flight duties, which include verifying the optimal functionality of all safety equipment, ensuring impeccable cabin cleanliness and orderliness, updating all in-flight information, and confirming precise catering and stock provisions.
- Extend a warm and professional welcome to passengers upon boarding, providing assistance with boarding procedures and guiding them efficiently to their assigned seating.
- Conduct clear, concise, and engaging safety demonstrations, effectively communicating essential aircraft safety procedures, and meticulously ensuring the secure stowage of all hand luggage.
- Verify that all passenger seat belts are securely fastened and that galleys are fully prepared and secured prior to take-off, during periods of turbulence, and before landing.
- Deliver articulate and timely announcements on behalf of the flight deck and professionally address a diverse range of passenger inquiries throughout the flight.
- Facilitate in-flight sales of meals and duty-free products, accurately advising passengers on destination-specific customs allowance restrictions.
- Provide calm reassurance and support to passengers, ensuring strict adherence to safety procedures during emergency situations.
- Oversee the safe and orderly disembarkation of passengers, conduct diligent checks for any unattended luggage in overhead lockers, and complete all required post-flight documentation, including detailed flight reports.
