Responsibilities
- Attends pre-flight briefings to receive assignments, review flight details, and ensure preparedness for cabin operations.
- Conducts thorough pre-flight checks of safety equipment, cabin cleanliness, in-seat information, and verifies the readiness of catering and stock provisions.
- Warmly welcomes passengers onboard, assists with seating, and provides clear directions.
- Delivers comprehensive aircraft safety briefings and ensures the secure stowage of all cabin baggage.
- Confirms passenger seatbelts are fastened and galleys are secured prior to take-off.
- Makes professional in-flight announcements on behalf of the flight deck crew and promptly addresses passenger inquiries.
- Manages onboard sales of meals and duty-free items, advising passengers on relevant customs allowance restrictions at their destination.
- Provides calm reassurance and enforces correct safety procedures for passengers during emergency situations.
- Ensures safe and orderly passenger disembarkation, conducts post-flight cabin checks for misplaced items, and completes all required documentation, including detailed flight reports.
