Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Provides attentive and personalized service to passengers, efficiently addressing their needs and requests. Offers vital information, resolves inquiries, and actively cultivates a comfortable, pleasant, and memorable in-flight experience for every traveler.

Managing In-Flight Emergencies: Proficiently executes established emergency procedures to manage a diverse range of in-flight situations, including but not limited to medical incidents, severe turbulence, and, if absolutely necessary, coordinating and directing safe aircraft evacuations.

Administering First Aid: Provides essential basic first aid and medical assistance to passengers requiring attention during the flight, operating strictly within the scope of their professional training and certification.
