Candidate Profile and Essential Requirements

Emirates seeks dynamic individuals who are natural team players, possess a radiant personality, and are committed to upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety. Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must be fluent in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages is considered a distinct advantage.
• A minimum height of 160cm is required, coupled with an arm reach of 212cm to safely access equipment on board.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.
• Ability to satisfy all employment visa requirements for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality or customer service-oriented role is essential.
• Applicants must hold at least a high school certificate (Grade 12 education equivalent).
• No visible tattoos are permitted when wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform.
