The Cabin Crew member is responsible for upholding the highest standards of safety, security, and passenger comfort onboard aircraft. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, proficiently managing in-flight situations including emergencies, administering first aid when necessary, and rigorously ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and procedures. The Cabin Crew plays a crucial role in fostering a positive, secure, and comfortable travel experience for all passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure passenger safety and security through diligent pre-flight safety checks, clear demonstration of safety procedures to passengers, and strict adherence to safety and security regulations throughout the flight duration.
• Provide exemplary customer service by attending to passenger needs and requests, offering comprehensive information, and contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable flight experience.
• Effectively manage in-flight emergencies by following established procedures to address various scenarios, including medical incidents, turbulence, and potential evacuations, as required.
• Administer basic first aid assistance to passengers needing medical attention during the flight, operating within the scope of approved training and procedures.
