Candidate Requirements

To be considered for the role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum age of 18 years old, in compliance with legislative requirements.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills to effectively serve an international customer base.
• A pleasant personality with a genuine commitment to service excellence.
• Minimum height of 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males to fulfill aircraft safety and emergency requirements.
• Educational qualifications: Minimum of 5 SPM credits (including English), 5 GCE 'O' Level credits (including English), or Higher Nitec and above.

The selection process begins with an online video interview for selected applicants. Candidates who are shortlisted from this stage will be invited to participate in final interviews.

Successful candidates are required to commence their employment within three months from the date of their application.
