About the Role

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Candidates must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- A minimum height of 158 cm is required, in adherence to aviation safety regulations.
- Ability to maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance, strictly adhering to flydubai’s grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos are permitted while in uniform.
- Must possess a valid passport.
- Demonstrate good health and the ability to successfully pass a comprehensive aviation medical examination.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered a significant advantage.
- Must be confident in water while wearing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts, is required.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and proactivity, coupled with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Training Investment
- A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 is applicable for the first year of employment.
Remuneration and Comprehensive Benefits
- A competitive remuneration package includes a basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance, totaling approximately USD 2,252 per month.
