Role Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Minimum height of 158 cm, in compliance with established safety regulations.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance, adhering to flydubai’s stringent grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos are permitted while in uniform.
- Must possess a valid passport.
- Must be in excellent health and able to successfully pass an aero-medical examination.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered a significant advantage.
- Must be comfortable and confident in water environments, including when wearing flotation aids or life jackets.
- Willingness to work flexible and irregular hours, encompassing weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Enthusiastic and proactive disposition with a demonstrable passion for delivering superior service.
- Must exhibit respect, adaptability, and a strong willingness to collaborate within a multicultural team setting.
- A safety-conscious attitude is mandatory, along with the ability to respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Minimum Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous international aviation experience is an advantage.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors.
Training Bond
- A training bond of approximately USD 2,650 is applicable for the first year of employment.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary and Allowances:
- Monthly remuneration comprises a basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance, totaling approximately USD 2,252.
- Variable flying pay is provided, averaging approximately USD 1,200 per month, based on an average of 90 flying hours.

Information Security Requirements (ISR)
All personnel are required to read and adhere to the company’s Information Security policies. Any identified weaknesses or incidents must be diligently reported to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Compliance with all mandatory ISR awareness sessions and adherence to associated guidelines in daily business operations are expected.
