Role Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum height of 158 cm, in accordance with safety regulations.
- Must present a well-groomed and professional appearance, adhering to flydubai’s grooming standards.
- No visible tattoos are permitted while in uniform.
- Possession of a valid passport is mandatory.
- Candidates must be in good health and able to pass an aero-medical examination.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Candidates must be confident in water and comfortable wearing a flotation aid or life jacket.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts, is required.
- Enthusiasm and a proactive approach, coupled with a passion for delivering excellent service, are highly valued.
- Respectfulness, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-cultural team environment are essential.
- A safety-conscious attitude and the capacity to respond to emergencies calmly and effectively are critical.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), is a prerequisite.
Minimum Education and Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is a mandatory requirement.
- International aviation experience is considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the aviation, hospitality, or retail sectors, is required.
Training Bond
- An approximate training bond of USD 2,650 is applicable for the first year of employment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: Basic salary plus housing and transportation allowances, totaling approximately USD 2,252 per month.
- Variable Flying Pay: An average monthly flying pay of approximately USD 1,200, based on an average of 90 flying hours.

Information Security Requirements (ISR)
