Aviation Vacuum Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
The Aviation Vacuum Maintenance Technician is responsible for the comprehensive management and upkeep of vacuum systems and associated components within the aviation environment. This role ensures the reliability and functionality of onboard equipment, contributing to a seamless cabin crew experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages the warranty service process for all purchased vacuum units.
- Administers battery maintenance, including charging, replacement, and collection from designated offices.
- Performs timely replacement of unserviceable vacuum units onboard aircraft.
- Collaborates effectively with Customer Care Executives (CCE) at hub locations to facilitate warranty services and the exchange of faulty equipment.
- Provides essential general support to the Cabin Crew Department as required.
- Undertakes any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor to support departmental objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) qualification is required.
- Proficiency in computer applications and systems.
- Demonstrates excellent time management capabilities and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Possesses keen attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
- Exhibits strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently and performing duties on a shift-based schedule.
