Role Responsibilities
As an integral member of the Cabin Crew, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the utmost safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all customers throughout their onboard experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Enhancing Customer Experiences: Delivering Jet2.com's renowned friendly and high-quality customer service, providing assistance, including first aid, to passengers.
- Driving In-Flight Sales: Confidently promoting and selling a curated selection of in-flight products through exceptional service delivery.
- Ensuring Safety and Security: Maintaining a vigilant watch over the safety and security of all passengers and colleagues on every flight, ensuring adherence to company communications and procedures.
- Fostering Team Collaboration: Working harmoniously with fellow Cabin Crew and Flight Deck colleagues to provide mutual support in all operational situations.
Essential Qualifications and Attributes
While prior experience is not a prerequisite, Jet2.com seeks individuals who possess the following attributes:

Contract and Operational Details
These Cabin Crew positions are offered on a full-time, fixed-term contract basis, extending until the conclusion of the summer season in November 2026. Permanent employment opportunities may become available towards the end of this period. The airline's 24/7 operational nature necessitates a flexible working schedule, encompassing early starts and late finishes. Successful candidates must possess a valid UK/EU passport, provide comprehensive five-year employment references, and pass satisfactory criminal record checks. Compliance with all applicable medical and health and safety regulations, including the ability to fasten the crew jump seat harness and meet reach requirements, is mandatory. A comprehensive, CAA-approved, four-week unpaid training course, conducted locally to the base, will be provided to equip new crew members with the essential skills for success.
