Pilot in Command - Phenom 300

Jet Linx is seeking qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) candidates for full-time, ILG-based Light jet aircraft operations under Part 91 and 135 regulations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Base Chief Pilot and will be responsible for preparing and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures. Applicants must reside in or be willing to relocate to the base area.

Minimum Requirements

  • Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
  • Total Pilot in Command (PIC) Time: 2,000 hours
  • Total Time in Type (Phenom 300): 250 hours
  • Total PIC Time in Type (Phenom 300): 250 hours
  • Total Multi-Engine Time: 1,500 hours
  • Total Multi-Engine PIC Time: 500 hours
  • Total Turbine Time: 500 hours
  • Total Instrument Time: 300 hours

Essential Functions

  • Manage duty, flight, and rest times in accordance with company and CFR requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication with the company for standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports.
  • Maintain and manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
  • Ensure navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current.
  • Maintain a current 1st Class Medical Certificate.
  • Demonstrate strong, proactive decision-making skills.
  • Embody Jet Linx's core values in all professional interactions.

Other Requirements

  • Initial or Recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Current passport.
  • ATP certificate or the ability to obtain one.
  • Current 1st Class Medical Certificate.
  • FCC Restricted Radio License.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with random drug/alcohol testing requirements.
  • Unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries.
  • Ability to successfully complete an FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilot.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to perform duties in and around aircraft and aircraft terminals.
  • Ability to move up to 50 pounds frequently.

Compensation and Benefits

Jet Linx offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The starting base annual salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $182,500. Actual base salary is determined by geographic location, aircraft size, relevant education, training, and experience. The comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 6% company match, paid time off, and company-paid life and short-term disability coverage.
