Pilot in Command – Citation XLS/XLS+

Position Summary:
Jet Linx is seeking a qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for midsize jet aircraft operations. Reporting to the Base Chief Pilot, the PIC is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures. Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within a two-hour call-out time of their designated home base.
Minimum Qualifications

Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours

Total Multi-Engine PIC Time: 500 hours

Total Turbine Time: 500 hours

Total Instrument Time: 300 hours

Essential Functions

Manage flight, duty, and rest requirements in accordance with company standards and CFRs.

Maintain consistent communication for flight assignments, trip notifications, and operational reporting.

Manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.

Ensure all navigation charts, manuals, and publications remain current.

Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate.

Exercise proactive, professional decision-making.

Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
-
ATP certificate (or ability to obtain).

Current 1st Class medical certificate and FCC Restricted Radio License.

Current passport and unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean nations.

Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass an FAA Pilot Record Database review.

Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screenings.

Preference for candidates with initial or recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months.

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to move up to 50 pounds frequently; work is performed primarily in and around aircraft and terminals.
Compensation and Benefits
Jet Linx provides a competitive compensation package with a starting base salary ranging from $145,000 to $200,000, determined by experience, education, geographic location, and aircraft specifics. Benefits include:
