Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all assigned flights, including pre-flight and post-flight inspections, flight plan filing, and analysis of weather and route conditions.

Mentor and guide crew members, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate schedules and training to maintain seamless operations.

Maintain a complete working knowledge of all aircraft systems to operate with precision, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions.

Promote a strong safety culture by adhering to best practices, conducting passenger briefings, and addressing aircraft discrepancies in collaboration with maintenance teams.

Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, assist in crew hiring processes, and represent Jet Aviation professionally.

Working Conditions
