Position Overview
Dassault Falcon Jet is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Captain for Flight Operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and quality of our executive demonstration and customer support flights. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Act as Pilot in Command (PIC) for domestic executive demonstration flights, customer support flights, and Jump Seat Support flights as assigned.

Ensure all necessary requirements for safe and efficient flight operations are executed personally or through effective delegation.

Maintain responsibility for the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers, crew, and the aircraft during all assigned flights.

Ensure the high quality of all demonstration flights.

Oversee passenger identification and strictly adhere to all Dassault Falcon Jet security protocols.

Attend professional meetings and conferences as directed.

Perform collateral duties as assigned by the Chief Pilot or Director of Flight Operations.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
-
Current First Class FAA Medical Certificate.

Type ratings on one or more current production Falcon aircraft.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate aviation.

Minimum of 3,000 hours of fixed-wing pilot experience.

Minimum of 2,000 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) experience.

Minimum of 1,000 hours as sole manipulator of controls in jet aircraft comparable to Falcons in complexity and performance.

Minimum of 400 hours in current production Falcon aircraft as DFJ SIC.

Minimum of 50 hours in the specific Falcon type as DFJ SIC.

Thorough understanding of relevant Federal Aviation Regulations.

Recommendation by the Chief Pilot and approval by the Director of Flight Operations based on periodic evaluations and personal observation.
Additional Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI, CFII, & MEI).

Type ratings in out-of-production Falcon aircraft.

Military flight training.
Physical Demands and Working Environment
-
Ability to manage domestic and international flight assignments, including extended periods away from the home base.

Availability for attendance at air shows, conventions, and seminars.

Flexibility in workdays and hours to accommodate the operational needs of the Flight Department.

Requirement to perform physical tasks, including the lifting of heavy baggage.

Ability to balance administrative and flight duties.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $200,000 – $270,000. This role is not eligible for overtime. Candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance. Final compensation is determined based on relevant experience, Falcon-specific expertise, education, certifications, and location.
