Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for various positions within Jet Linx Aviation. This individual will be instrumental in supporting the growth and operational excellence of the National Operations Center by ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to source candidates for specialized aviation roles.
- Conducting comprehensive candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define precise job requirements.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Maintaining a proactive approach to talent sourcing, building relationships with industry professionals and educational institutions.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for aviation. Previous experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the aviation or aerospace sectors, is highly advantageous.
