Our client, a scheduled commercial airline operating regionally and internationally across North Europe, is seeking current ATR 42/72 type-rated First Officers for a full-time contract directly with the airline. Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 500 hours SIC on ATR 42/72 600
- Hours on ATR 42/72 500 accepted
- Total Flight Time: 2000+ hours
- Last flight on type within the last 12 months (last proficiency check accepted)
- Current on type with a valid ATR 42/72 License Proficiency Check (LPC)
- Valid EASA or UK CAA pilot license
- Eligibility for Delta course based on ATR 42/72 experience (provided by airline)
Terms and Conditions
- Salary: Based on experience, plus flight allowances (£15,000 - £18,000 annually).
- Additional Payment: £1,050 increased exception payment for First Officers, paid tax-efficiently.
- Daily rate and unlimited standby travel on Emerald Airlines, Aer Lingus, TAP Portugal, BA, and Virgin Atlantic (post-probation).
- Fixed 5/3/5/2 roster for efficient planning.
- 29 days of annual leave.
- Pension scheme with 4% employer contribution.
- Life insurance equivalent to 2x annual salary.
- Staff travel benefits from date of hire.
- Command Upgrade Bonus: £26,000 payable in two installments (£10,000 after 12 months Line Check, £16,000 after 24 months Line Check, contingent on remaining in the Captain role).
