G200 First Officer - Typed and Current

Position Overview:
The First Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of G200 aircraft. This individual will work closely with the Captain, supporting all flight duties while providing exceptional service to passengers and clients. Maintaining proficiency and competence as a crewmember, adhering to all company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations, and demonstrating a commitment to safety are paramount to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct all flight operations in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual and Company Manuals.
- Maintain accurate and timely completion of all flight, aircraft, and passenger records.
- Supervise other crewmembers in the execution of their duties.
- Ensure compliance with flight/duty time limitations and rest periods.
- Remain current on initial or recurrent training phases.
- Maintain a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
- Review flight and maintenance logs to ensure aircraft airworthiness and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Oversee preflight, post-flight, and routine servicing of the aircraft.
- Coordinate itinerary changes with the Operations Control Center.
- Act as Ground and In-flight Security Coordinator in compliance with 40 CFR 1544.215(b-c).
- Verify the presence and currency of all required manuals, charts, and equipment onboard the aircraft.
- Ensure crewmembers and passengers possess valid travel documents (passports, visas, clearances, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with regulations for international arrivals and departures.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their needs with professionalism and efficiency.
- Exercise operational control as delegated by the Director of Operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and security.
Schedule:
- 2-crew schedule
- Based at KBED
- Up to 21 duty days per month
- 10 guaranteed days off each month
- 30-35 hours of monthly flight time (owner and charter trips)
Compensation:
- $100,000 - $250,000 annually (based on experience and PIC/SIC status)

Qualifications:
- 3,000 hours total flying time
- 1,500 hours total Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
- 500 hours multi-engine PIC time
- 250 hours PIC in type
- 250 hours turbine PIC time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate
- Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91 regulations
- Thorough understanding of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills and advanced multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with computer applications (word processing, email, web-based, mobile)
- Meticulous attention to detail and a collaborative work ethic
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid state driver's license
