Gregory Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Pilot to lead its flight operations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of all flight operations, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of flight operations, maintaining the highest level of safety and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of pilots, ensuring all team members are properly trained, certified, and adhere to company policies and FAA regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to continually enhance flight operations and safety protocols.
- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of all aircraft, guaranteeing they remain in peak operational condition and meet all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of all flights.
- Maintain current knowledge of all FAA regulations and company policies, ensuring full compliance in all flight operations.
- Provide decisive leadership and expert guidance to all pilots, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pilot, with demonstrated experience in managing a team of pilots.
- Bachelor's degree in transportation, engineering, or a related business field.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FAA regulations and company policies, demonstrating a commitment to compliance.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, exhibiting sound judgment and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work variable hours and travel as required.
