This essential role within the Flight Department is responsible for coordinating company personnel travel requests, ensuring safe and efficient transportation through optimal planning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description

The Flight Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating corporate travel. Responsibilities include evaluating and coordinating trips by determining the optimal combination of available aircraft, crews, and departure/destination needs. The position requires scheduling and planning executive travel on company aircraft in strict compliance with FAA and company regulations.

A critical aspect of the role involves managing logistics for international flights, specifically handling US and foreign customs/immigration requirements, and coordinating Transportation Security Administration (TSA) program verification for passengers and crew. The Flight Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring records management and documentation pertaining to corporate flight manuals and flight charters are properly maintained. Furthermore, the position compiles and prepares various reports for internal purposes and external tasks for entities such as the fire department and the Federal Aviation Authority. This role provides administrative support to the Chief Pilot.
