Cintas Corporation is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Flight Coordinator to join its aviation team. This role is primarily responsible for expertly managing company personnel travel requests, focusing on the efficient and safe coordination of corporate flights. The Flight Coordinator ensures optimal trip planning by harmonizing available aircraft, flight crews, and the specific needs of departure and destination points, while upholding the highest standards of customer service. The individual in this position will also provide essential administrative support to the Chief Pilot, contributing significantly to the seamless operation of the flight department and the safe transportation of personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Manages U.S. and foreign customs and immigration requirements for international corporate flights.
• Ensures compliance with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) program verification for passengers and crew members.
• Schedules and plans executive travel utilizing company aircraft, adhering strictly to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company policy.
• Evaluates and maintains comprehensive records management and documentation pertinent to corporate flight manuals and flight charters.
• Compiles and prepares reports for both internal requirements and external entities such as local fire departments and the Federal Aviation Authority.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Required: Possesses a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred: Holds a minimum of two years of experience within the aviation business travel sector.
