The role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks essential to flight operations. This includes regular talking and hearing; frequent standing, walking, using hands to finger, handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be necessary. The position requires frequently lifting and moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting and moving up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
