Pilot in Command / Captain
The Pilot in Command assumes comprehensive responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of assigned aircraft. This critical role involves ensuring strict adherence to all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), company policies, and operational procedures. The Pilot in Command is tasked with managing all facets of flight preparation and execution, encompassing effective crew coordination, diligent risk management, and exceptional passenger service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of aircraft.
- Maintain compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of flight planning and execution.
- Coordinate effectively with flight and cabin crew members.
- Implement robust risk management strategies for each flight.
- Provide high standards of passenger service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with multi-engine land rating.
- Current First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Minimum of 5000 total flight hours.
- Minimum of 2500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC).
- Minimum of 2500 hours multi-engine land time.
- Minimum of 1500 hours multi-engine Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
- Minimum of 2000 hours in turbine aircraft.
- Minimum of 500 hours instrument time.
