Overview of position: The Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruitment within the Flight Deck Crew Department. This position is within the Human Resources Department that will engage in full-cycle strategic crew recruitment for Global Crossing Airlines. This position will collaborate with our Flight Deck Crew Management to recruit and staff all pilot and crew openings. Job Responsibilities:
  • Full cycle recruitment.
  • Oversee hiring process from start to finish.
  • Attend job fairs and conferences.
  • Adjust recruiting strategy as necessary to achieve best outcome.
  • Develop recruitment tracking matrix (KPI’s).
  • Create competency/behavioral based interview questions.
  • Assist all and other departments in recruitment and hiring as needed. Set up recruitment guidelines and process to ensure successful recruitment amongst all departments.
  • Review and screen resumes based on candidate qualifications and company mission.
  • Educate hiring managers and employees on company hiring process and guidelines.
  • Meet with hiring leaders to identify the search strategy for assigned open position(s).
  • Schedule and facilitate pre-employment compliance process (including fingerprinting and drug screen).
  • Must stay current on compliance issues related to FAA, EEO, and Title VII hiring guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Able to work strategically and collaboratively with other departments.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in Aviation Recruitment.
