Senior Cabin Crew Member
A highly motivated individual is sought to excel as a Senior Cabin Crew Member, ensuring the utmost safety and comfort of passengers. The candidate will lead and coordinate the cabin crew, guaranteeing a seamless service experience while adhering to EASA regulations. This role involves collaboration with cabin management and the cockpit crew to achieve optimal flight operations. The Senior Cabin Crew Member assumes responsibility for quality management, safety standards, and post-flight reporting, contributing to a positive and efficient operation.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate possesses a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (EASA oro.cc 120) and SCCM Training Certificate (EASA oro.cc 200). They will demonstrate substantial experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or in a similar aviation role. A valid flight medical certificate and recent negative drug screening are required. Applicants must be a minimum of 21 years old and at least 1.60 meters tall. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German and other languages is advantageous. The candidate must be able to reach the operating base within 90 minutes for standby duties. Furthermore, the candidate should exhibit resilience, a strong service-oriented attitude, and a heightened safety awareness. Computer proficiency and access to a tablet or PC for flight preparation are expected. An unrestricted valid passport is necessary; for non-EU citizens, a valid residence and work permit are required. A well-groomed, professional appearance and engaging personality are prerequisites. Strong teamwork and social skills are a must.
