Key Responsibilities
The Senior Cabin Crew Member is responsible for providing professional care to passengers from boarding through disembarkation. This role involves leading and coordinating the cabin crew during flight operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and upholding cabin safety standards in strict accordance with EASA regulations. The position requires close collaboration with Cabin Management and the Flight Deck team to guarantee an optimal passenger experience. The Senior Cabin Crew Member maintains responsibility for quality management and adherence to safety standards and completes necessary reporting and administrative tasks following each flight.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possesses a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (according to EASA ORO.CC 120) and a Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM) training certificate (according to EASA ORO.CC 200).
- Holds professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or in a comparable aviation position.
- Maintains a valid Aeronautical Medical Certificate and a current negative drug screening result.
- Possesses a valid hygiene training certificate (according to EU Regulation 852/2004).
- Meets a minimum age of 21 years and a minimum height of 1.60 meters.
- Demonstrates a fluent command of the English language; proficiency in German and other foreign languages is advantageous.
- Able to reach the duty station within 90 minutes for standby duties.
- Exhibits resilience, a strong service mindset, and acute safety awareness.
- Possesses proficient IT skills and access to a tablet or PC for flight preparation.
- Holds a valid, unrestricted passport; non-EU citizens must possess a valid residence and work permit.
- Presents a well-groomed, professional appearance and a captivating personality.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and high social competence.
