Senior Cabin Crew Member
A Senior Cabin Crew Member is responsible for the professional care of passengers, from boarding to departure. This role involves the leadership and coordination of the cabin crew during flight operations. The Senior Cabin Crew Member ensures seamless service and cabin safety in accordance with EASA regulations. They collaborate with the cabin manager and cockpit team to ensure an optimal flight experience. This position is also accountable for quality management, adherence to safety standards, and completing reporting and administrative tasks after each flight.
Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate possesses a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (according to EASA oro.cc 120) and an SCCM training certificate (according to EASA oro.cc 200). They have prior professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or in a similar aviation role. The candidate will hold a valid flight medical certificate and a current negative drug screening. They must be a minimum of 21 years of age and at least 1.60 meters tall. The applicant requires business-fluent English skills; knowledge of German and other foreign languages is advantageous. The candidate must be able to reach the place of duty within 90 minutes for on-call duty. The ideal candidate is resilient, service-oriented, and exhibits a strong safety consciousness. They should have IT proficiency and access to a tablet or PC for flight preparation. Furthermore, the individual must have an unrestricted valid passport; non-EU citizens must have a valid residence permit and work permit. They must present a well-groomed, professional appearance, and possess a winning personality, demonstrating strong teamwork and social skills.
