Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and attentive care to passengers, from boarding to departure.
  • Lead and coordinate the cabin crew during flight operations.
  • Ensure seamless service and uphold cabin safety standards in accordance with EASA regulations.
  • Collaborate with cabin management and the cockpit team to deliver an optimal flight experience.
  • Maintain quality management and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Complete post-flight reporting and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (EASA oro.cc 120) and SCCM Training Certificate (EASA oro.cc 200).
  • Proven professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or in a similar aviation role.
  • Valid Flight Medical Certificate and current negative drug screening results.
  • Minimum age of 21 years, with a minimum height of 1.60 meters.
  • Proficiency in English, with German and additional language skills considered an advantage.
  • Ability to reach the duty location within 90 minutes for standby assignments.
  • Demonstrated resilience, strong customer service orientation, and a heightened safety awareness.
  • Computer literacy and access to a tablet or PC for flight preparation.
  • Unrestricted valid passport; for non-EU citizens, a valid residence and work permit are required.
  • Maintained professional appearance with a personable and engaging demeanor.
  • Exceptional teamwork and social competency skills.
