To strengthen our esteemed team, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Cabin Crew Member to join us at our Cologne location.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as an ambassador of German Airways, providing professional and courteous care to our valued passengers throughout their journey.
- Lead the cabin crew team, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery during flights.
- Maintain the highest safety and security standards within the cabin at all times.
- Collaborate closely with cabin management to ensure seamless operations.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, a keen sense of quality and responsibility, and serve as a positive role model for fellow crew members.
- Diligently complete flight reporting and administrative tasks.
To excel in this position, you possess:
- A valid Cabin Crew Attestation (acc EASA oro.cc 120).
- Proven experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member.
- A SCCM training certificate (acc EASA oro.cc 200).
- A valid aero medical certificate (acc EASA Part med).
- A negative drug screening.
- A minimum age of 21 years and a minimum height of 1.60 m.
- Excellent command of English and German. Proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
- Availability for duty within 90 minutes when on standby.
- Unwavering commitment, resilience, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with tablets/PCs and strong computer skills.
- A valid passport. Non-EU citizens must also hold a valid residence and work permit.
- A positive attitude, openness to new challenges, and a well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
