Flight Operations Recruiter (Pilot Recruiter)

Responsibilities:

The Flight Operations Recruiter will be responsible for:

• Supporting and executing pilot staffing strategies within a competitive hiring landscape.
• Planning and coordinating pilot recruitment events in collaboration with the flight operations team.
• Managing staffing goals and related metrics.
• Providing consultative guidance to flight operations staff and leadership.
• Collaborating with the corporate staffing unit to identify qualified candidates, refine screening processes, and assist in interview development.
• Leading the sourcing of candidates through networking, online searches, and social media platforms.
• Traveling to support company staffing needs for pilots.
• Developing pilot candidate pools for ongoing recruitment.
• Identifying and implementing new strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
• Prior airline experience is preferred.

Additional Information:

This position operates in a typical office environment. The required physical effort is generally minimal. The salary range for this role is $60,200 - $75,250.
