Responsibilities:
The Flight Operations Recruiter will be responsible for:
- Supporting and executing pilot staffing strategies within a competitive hiring landscape.
- Planning and coordinating pilot recruitment events in collaboration with the flight operations team.
- Managing staffing goals and related metrics.
- Providing consultative guidance to flight operations staff and leadership.
- Collaborating with the corporate staffing unit to identify qualified candidates, refine screening processes, and assist in interview development.
- Leading the sourcing of candidates through networking, online searches, and social media platforms.
- Traveling to support company staffing needs for pilots.
- Developing pilot candidate pools for ongoing recruitment.
- Identifying and implementing new strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Prior airline experience is preferred.

Additional Information:
This position operates in a typical office environment. The required physical effort is generally minimal. The salary range for this role is $60,200 - $75,250.
