Gulfstream IV Recurrent SIC Position – East Coast Based
Fly Alliance Charter, LLC, a leading private aviation company offering comprehensive services including charter, jet card memberships, aircraft sales, management, parts, and MRO, seeks a highly skilled and experienced Second in Command (SIC) for its Gulfstream IV fleet. This position is based on the East Coast of the United States and operates on a 17-day on, 13-day off schedule.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Diligent pre-flight planning, incorporating comprehensive weather analysis and adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies.
- Ensuring aircraft airworthiness through rigorous pre-flight inspections and compliance with FARs and company procedures.
- Safe and efficient aircraft operation, in accordance with the Captain’s instructions, FARs, and company policies.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of aircraft systems, FARs, manuals, policies, procedures, and all relevant instructions.
- Proactive communication with crew and passengers regarding weather conditions and operational factors influencing the flight.
- Accurate completion of flight manifests.
- Contributing to on-time performance through adherence to reporting and departure times, and minimizing turnaround times.
- Providing professional ground support, including handling of aircraft, passengers, baggage, and cargo.
- Maintaining consistent, reliable attendance.
- Presenting a professional image, adhering to company uniform standards and conducting oneself with professionalism at all times.
- Upholding company conduct rules, as detailed in the Flight Operations Manual and Employee Handbook.
- Active pursuit of professional development opportunities to enhance skills and performance.
- Completing any other duties assigned by the company and Chief Pilot.
- Providing exceptional customer service characterized by a friendly, calm, and confident demeanor.
- Effective coordination and communication with flight crew members to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
Qualifications:
- Gulfstream IV type rating and SIC qualification.
- East Coast residency required.
