Flight Instructor, Senior

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $96,800 to $174,350 and is determined by various factors, including qualifications, education, skills, experience, and market demands. Purpose of Position
The Flight Instructor, Senior will utilize their expert aviation knowledge and facilitation abilities to deliver exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction. This role is critical in ensuring client needs are met in accordance with aviation regulations and FlightSafety Training principles.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients receiving core, specialty, or enrichment training courses.
- Develop and prepare training materials that support training delivery, ensuring alignment with client needs and applicable curriculum.
- Customize scenarios based on specific client requirements during training sessions.
- Dynamically adjust instruction style and approach to deliver tailored training solutions for individual client learning styles.
- Evaluate and measure trainee progress, recommending qualification or additional training as needed.
- Complete accurate training records for each client, contributing to their success in achieving desired objectives.
- Assist trainees in overcoming training challenges by providing constructive suggestions based on expertise and experience.
- Maintain Instructor qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Set a positive example and make impactful contributions to the organization and overall customer experience.
- Adhere to and promote FlightSafety Instructor Performance Standards.
