Instructor Pilot - Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger)
CAE is seeking multiple full-time Instructor Pilots for the Bombardier Business Jet Platform (Global & Challenger) at its Montreal Training Centre. This role involves developing pilot confidence and skill through advanced training, contributing to CAE's legacy of flight training excellence while maintaining personal proficiency.
Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality simulator and ground school instruction.

Prepare and conduct briefings and debriefings.

Ensure training adheres to Transport Canada, FAA, and CAE standards.

Maintain personal qualifications and engage in continuous professional development.

Share aviation knowledge and foster a collaborative learning environment.
Minimum Qualifications

Unrestricted Transport Canada ATPL and the ability to obtain an FAA ATP (requires Category 1 medical for initial issuance).

A minimum of 1,500 hours of multi-crew experience.

Demonstrated passion for teaching with excellent communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.

Authorization to live and work in Canada.

Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with the ability to deliver training in English to an international client base.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience flying business aircraft.
